I took my car in for an overall inspection as it has 150,000 miles and is 13 years old. I do not want to make a "crisis car purchase," and was looking for objectivity in whether or not I need to start looking for a newer car. Premier1 identified three "urgent" replacements that they further prioritized. I had them replace the most urgent, a water pump that was leaking. The other things will be replaced, but I have some wiggle-room so my credit card doesn't suffer one big hit. I liked seeing actual photos with arrows pointing to the problem areas. They are customer service oriented. They scheduled a Lyft for a ride to and from work. The price charged was about half that of a dealership.
