In an effort to avoid Monday morning traffic, I used the after hour drop-off on Sunday, June 23, 2019. It was convenient and easy. I was impressed when Monday morning (7:24 am) I received an automated message that the vehicle had been checked-in. The Client Care Specialist, was professional and provided regular up-dates on the vehicle status. During service, the technician reported that a computer sensor code was activate, however the sensor appeared to be new. At the technicians request, I contacted the dealership and confirmed the sensor was replaced in early 2018. The technician subsequently reset the computer sensor chip. Overall, my experience with the staff and certified service technician was positive. They exceeded my expectations for honest and reliable service. Thank you Premier1 and I will definitely return for future vehicle service.
